Peak Physical Therapy offers cost-effective pre-placement job screening to identify a worker’s injury risk on a job. By matching a worker’s strength to a targeted job task, an employer can minimize losses in productivity. This will also reduce financial loss associated with work-site injuries and workers’ compensation claims. This screening test addresses critical physical work capacities necessary to complete a job task. This evaluation includes education and appropriate body mechanics associated with the job. We evaluate static and dynamic lifting abilities, carrying, pushing/pulling, endurance, job simulation and cardiovascular conditioning.
